- No, BeeFyn.in does not verify leads or credentials. Both parties are responsible for ensuring accuracy. - 5. What is the platform service fee?
- Both Laboratories and Phlebotomists are responsible for paying the service fee, deducted from their wallet balances. - 6. What happens if I don’t maintain enough funds in my wallet?
- You cannot post or accept leads if your wallet balance is insufficient. - 7. Can I withdraw funds from my BeeFyn.in wallet?
- Withdraw funds by submitting a manual request via the platform. Processing takes 2-3 working days. - 8. Can I terminate my account?

- BeeFyn.in is not liable for damages or legal consequences from actions taken by Laboratories or Phlebotomists. - 11. What is BeeFyn.in's cancellation policy?
- Laboratories: Cancel within 30 minutes (no fee, if no Phlebotomist has accepted). After 30 minutes, 50% of the platform fee is deducted. After Phlebotomist acceptance or within 2 hours of collection, 100% of the fee is deducted.
- Phlebotomists: Cancel within 30 minutes (service fee applies). After that, cancellation fees vary, with full fees charged if canceled within 2 hours of collection. - 12. Can I reschedule a booking?
- Yes, rescheduling is allowed without penalty if done at least 2 hours before the scheduled collection. - 13. What happens if I cancel after the service is performed?
- No cancellations after service. The party requesting cancellation must pay the full booking value and platform fee. - 14. Is there a penalty for late collection cancellations by the customer?
- If the customer cancels due to a late collection, the Phlebotomist is charged 100% of the service fee and 50% of the booking value. - 15. What is the refund policy?
