1. Cancellation and Collection Policy:

1.1 Laboratory (Lab) Cancellation:

  • Within 30 minutes of creation: Laboratories may cancel or withdraw a booking within 30 minutes of creating it, provided no Phlebotomist (Phlebo) has accepted the lead. In this case, the platform service fee will be fully refunded.
  • After 30 minutes without Phlebotomist acceptanceAfter 30 minutes without Phlebotomist acceptance: If the Laboratory cancels or withdraws a booking after 30 minutes and no Phlebotomist has accepted the booking, a 50% platform service fee will be deducted.
  • After Phlebotomist acceptance (more than 02 hours before collection): If the Laboratory cancels or withdraws a booking after it has been accepted by the Phlebotomist but more than 02 hours prior to the scheduled collection, 100% of the Phlebotomy charges along with 100% of the platform service fee will be deducted.
  • Within 02 hours of scheduled collection: If the Laboratory cancels or withdraws a booking within 02 hours of the scheduled collection, 100% of the Phlebotomy charges, fuel charges and 100% platform service fee will be deducted.

1.2 Phlebotomist (Phlebo) Cancellation:

  • Within 30 minutes of acceptance: Phlebotomists may cancel or withdraw their acceptance of a booking within 30 minutes of accepting the lead. In this case, 100% platform service fee will be deducted from their wallet.
  • After 30 minutes but before 02 hours of scheduled collection: If the Phlebotomist cancels or withdraws acceptance within 02 hours prior to the scheduled collection, 100% of the platform service fee and 25% of the booking value will be deducted from the Phlebotomist’s wallet.
  • Within 02 hours of scheduled collection: Cancellations are not allowed within 02 hours of the scheduled collection. In this case, 100% of the platform service fee along with 100% of the booking value will be deducted from the Phlebotomist's wallet.

1.3 Late Collection Leading to Cancellation:

  • If a Laboratory's customer cancels the booking due to a late collection, 100% of the platform service fee and 50% of the booking value will be deducted from the Phlebotomist’s wallet.

1.4 Service Execution Cancellation:

  • No cancellations are allowed after the service (blood collection) has been performed. In such cases, the cancellation party must pay 100% of the booking value, along with 100% of the platform service fee, to the other party and BeeFyn.in, respectively.

1.5 Rescheduling Policy:

  • No Penalty for Rescheduling: Laboratories and Phlebotomists may reschedule a booking without incurring any penalty, provided the rescheduling request is made at least 02 hours prior to the scheduled collection time. If the rescheduled collection time is within the same day, the reschedule must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
  • Phlebotomist/Laboratory Failure to Reschedule or Show Up: If either party fails to reschedule or show up for the rescheduled collection, the cancellation and refund policy will apply as outlined above.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1 Refunds for Cancellations:

  • Full Refund: A full refund of the platform service fee will be provided for cancellations made within 30 minutes of posting a lead, as long as no Phlebotomist has accepted the booking.
  • Partial Refund: If the cancellation occurs after 30 minutes but before the service is performed, the platform service fee is non-refundable and only Phlebotomy or related charges will be refunded, as outlined in the cancellation clauses above.

2.2 Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Bank Transfer Charges: Any fees associated with bank transfer charges, platform service fees or transactions that have been processed or initiated are non-refundable.

3. Withdrawal Policy:

  • At present, BeeFyn.in processes wallet withdrawals through a manual request system. Users must ensure that their BeeFyn.in wallet has sufficient funds for the requested transaction. Withdrawal requests will take 2-3 working days to process.
  • Users are encouraged to keep their bank details up-to-date to avoid delays. BeeFyn.in is not responsible for issues related to outdated or incorrect bank information provided by users.

4. Dispute Resolution:

  • In the event of disputes related to cancellations or refunds, users should contact BeeFyn.in support at [email protected].
  • Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Terms of Use, which include binding arbitration in New Delhi, India.
